Cheers to an amazing trip to the @omnibedfordsprings! From the luxurious spa experience to the invigorating spring waters to the delicious food and creative drinks, we had a blast checking this impressive and historical spot off my PA Bucket List.

Y’all remember the lentil burgers I made a few weeks ago? Well, it turns out the same recipe I followed can be used to make lentil falafel. I modified the directions a bit this time, adding various seasonings and increasing the cook time, and I ended up with a delicious foundation for today’s lunch bowl.
